Pilates

Tuesdays 6pm & 7:05pm, Wednesdays 6:30am, bookings essential. To book a class, simply use the booking request form below (now also taking expression of interest for Wednesday 7:30am & Wednesday 5:30pm classes).

Pilates is a full body workout. It has a strong emphasis on the 6 Pilates principles; concentration, centering (core), control, breathing, precision and flow. Each class will be a balanced workout including; pelvic floor, abdominals, legs, arms and back strengthening/stretching.

Small boutique classes (max 6), allowing you to receive corrections and assisted stretches. Classes are held at Nutrients Matter. Pilates mats are provided. Simply bring a drink bottle and wear exercise attire. Class runs for approximately 50 minutes.

Casual class – $18

Package of 10 classes – $150 ($15 per class)

Pregnancy Pilates

Bookings essential. To book, simply use the booking request form below and indicate that you are after Pregnancy Pilates. I will alter the exercises for you to make them safe for pregnancy. You will also need a letter from your GP stating that it is safe for you to participate.

Pregnancy Pilates has more of an emphasis on strengthening your pelvic floor and pelvic stability. There will be a lot of stretching, as well as strengthening of the legs and arms.

Small boutique classes (max 6), allowing you to receive corrections and assisted stretches. Classes are held at Nutrients Matter. Pilates mats are provided. Simply bring your drink bottle and wear exercise attire. Class runs for approximately 50 minutes.

*Please note; due to covid, there will be no assisted stretches and all corrections will be made verbally or by demonstration only. For the time being, you will also be required to bring your own mat. Bookings essential.
