Pilates Strength is a full body workout. It has a strong emphasis on the 6 Pilates principles; concentration, centering (core), control, breathing, precision and flow. Each class will be a balanced workout including; pelvic floor, abdominals, legs, arms and back strengthening/stretching.
Small boutique classes, allowing you to receive corrections and assisted stretches. Classes are held at Nutrients Matter. Pilates mats are provided. Simply bring a drink bottle and wear exercise attire.
