To book a class, simply use the booking calendar on the “make a booking” page. You will then need to select a Pilates class available time slot (and not a nutrition consult). Or, alternatively, send me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your preferred class time and any injuries and I’ll get back to you with a confirmation of booking. Bookings are essential.
Pilates is a full body workout. Each class will be a balanced workout including; pelvic floor, abdominals, legs, arms and back strengthening/stretching.
It is a great for any age or experience level. I will tailor the Pilates exercises to you, based on your experience level, current fitness/strength level, any injuries/pregnancy etc.
Small boutique classes, allowing you to receive guidance & assistance with the exercises (especially if you are new to Pilates!).
Classes are held at Nutrients Matter. Pilates mats are provided (however, due to COVID you will need to bring your own mat or towel for the time being). Wear comfortable exercise attire and bring a water bottle with you. If you have any further questions – send me an email! 😊
Classes run for approximately 50 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes before your Pilates class start time.
Casual class – $18
Pre-paid package of 10 classes – $150 (works out to be $15 per class)
