Pilates Strength

Pilates Strength is a full body workout. It has a strong emphasis on the 6 Pilates principles; concentration, centering (core), control, breathing, precision and flow. Each class will be a balanced workout including; pelvic floor, abdominals, legs, arms and back strengthening/stretching.

Small boutique classes, allowing you to receive corrections and assisted stretches. Classes are held at Nutrients Matter. Pilates mats are provided. Simply bring a drink bottle and wear exercise attire.

Casual class – $18

Pregnancy Pilates

Pregnancy Pilates has more of an emphasis on strengthening your pelvic floor and pelvic stability. There will be a lot of stretching, as well as strengthening of the legs and arms.

Small boutique classes, allowing you to receive corrections and assisted stretches. Classes are held at Nutrients Matter. Pilates mats are provided. Simply bring your drink bottle and wear exercise attire.
