To book a class, simply email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your preferred class time and any injuries/limitations and I’ll get back to you with a confirmation of booking. Bookings are essential.
Each Pilates class will be a balanced workout, with focus on strengthening, stretching, correct posture/positioning and breathing. Each class will include; pelvic floor strengthening, back strengthening/stretching (important for back pain sufferers!), core strengthening, as well as strengthening of the arms and legs.
It is great for any age or experience level! I will tailor the Pilates exercises to you, based on your previous experience, current fitness/strength level, any injuries, pregnancy etc.
Small boutique classes, allowing you to receive guidance & assistance with the exercises (especially if you are new to Pilates!).
Classes are held at Nutrients Matter. Pilates mats are provided (however, due to COVID you will need to bring your own mat or towel for the time being). Wear comfortable exercise attire and bring a water bottle with you. If you have any further questions – send me an email! 😊
Classes run for approximately 50 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes before your Pilates class start time.
Casual class – $15
Pre-paid package of 10 classes – $100 (works out to be just $10 per class!). Classes must be used within 12 weeks from purchase.
