Pilates

Tuesdays 6pm & 7:05pm, Wednesdays 6:30am & 7:30am, bookings essential. To book a class, simply use the booking form below (more class times to be made available soon).

Pilates is a full body workout. It has a strong emphasis on the 6 Pilates principles; concentration, centering (core), control, breathing, precision and flow. Each class will be a balanced workout including; pelvic floor, abdominals, legs, arms and back strengthening/stretching.

Small boutique classes (max 6), allowing you to receive personalised guidance & assistance with the exercises. Classes are held at Nutrients Matter. Pilates mats are provided. Simply bring a drink bottle and wear exercise attire. Class runs for approximately 50 minutes.

Casual class – $18

Package of 10 classes – $150 ($15 per class)

Pregnancy Pilates

Bookings essential. To book, simply use the booking form below and indicate that you are after Pregnancy Pilates in the comments. I will alter the exercises for you to make them safe for pregnancy. You will also need a letter from your GP stating that it is safe for you to participate.

Pregnancy Pilates has more of an emphasis on strengthening your pelvic floor and pelvic stability. There will be a lot of stretching, as well as strengthening of the legs and arms.
